These are wood cut outs of the state of California with layers of resin poured to create an ocean scene.

The sand area is made from real white sand with shells throughout. The colors in this piece are deep dark turquoise, teal blue, and aqua with multiple layers of crisp foamy waves and is absolutely stunning.
